Reliable Source: Arsenio Hall wouldn't rat out weed-smoking Uber driver

Arsenio Hall came to Washington this weekend to host Saturday night's scheduled BET Honors, which were canceled after the comic arrived because of the blizzard. And while he didn't have the chance to get laughs out of the star-studded crowd, Hall still managed to endear himself in some quarters -- by refusing to rat out an Uber driver he suspected might have enjoyed the District's finest libations.
